NC-95,
NC-95 is a bright leaf tobacco originating in the United States.
This tobacco had been bred to produce a high yield bright tobacco with minimum sucker growth.
NC-95 produces 20-24 usable leafs and requires 65-70 days for maturity after transplant.
It is an easy tobacco to grow and is hardy to most climates.
Use and Flavor:
NC-95 produces a medium body smoke.
It is predominantly a sweet and earthy tobacco that can be produced into a rich cavendish for pipes.
NC-95 is traditionally used for pipe blends and cigarette tobacco.
Growth:
This tobacco grows to approximately 7 ft tall in high quality soils, the leaves it produces are heavy and cure to a light color.
It is a medium yield plant and it grows quickly in most soil and climatic conditions.
It produces intense pink flowers.
Plant matures and tobacco is ready to harvest in 65-70 days post transplant.
