Green Brior,
Green Brior (also commonly known as Green Bryar) is a rare tobacco species originating from the United States;
Green Brior is a “burley style” tobacco that grows well in most environments, and is traditionally used for plug, pipe and cigarette tobacco blends.
Recently Green Brior has found its way in the cigar tobacco industry where it is used for filler tobacco.
Use and Flavor:
Green Brior is a high yield tobacco.
It is used for chew tobacco, plug tobacco, pipe and cigarette blends and as a cigar filler.
Green Brior is a full body tobacco with earthy, spicy salty notes. This tobacco can generate high complexity notes when fermented properly for use in cigars.
Growth:
This tobacco grows to approximately 5-6 ft tall in high quality soils, the leaves it produces are heavy and cure to a light color.
It is a high yield plant and it grows quickly in most soil and climatic conditions.
It produces intense pink flowers.
Plant matures and tobacco is ready to harvest in 50-60 days post transplant.
